What to know…
How to prepare for your DevaCut:
- Please arrive for your appointment with Dry hair in its Natural Curly State.
- Please Avoid pulling hair back with clips or ponytails.
- Detangled, meaning: not tangly, no dread -like areas or big knots.
- Avoid waxy build-up. * Appointments are scheduled based on these criteria.
- You must know as best as possible your curl type and length to correctly make an appointment
**YOU CAN FIND YOUR CURL TYPE BY LOOKING AT THE EXAMPLES BELOW**
Wavy
– specified as 2A, 2B, 2C – Forms a loose “S” very easily straightened
Curly
– specified as 3A, 3B, 3C – forms definite “S” shaped like a corkscrew
Coily
– specified as 4A, 4B, 4C – very tight curl, when stretched creates an “S”
