Our Policies

Cancellation policy

We require 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment without penalty. If you cancel your appointment the day of or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, we will require a credit card in order to book your next appointment with us. In the case that you no show again or late cancel, we will charge 50% of the service booked for that day. If you need to reschedule an appointment please do so in a timely manner so that we can arrange for another client to take that appointment time.

 

 

Late arrivals

If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. We firmly believe in the integrity of our work as well as the value of your time and make a conscience effort to avoid long wait periods in the salon.

 

Walk-Ins

While we encourage scheduling an appointment, we do welcome walk-clients, however, it is based availability and if we are busy there may be a waiting period or you might have to schedule an actual appointment.

 

Confirmations

We send out email confirmations automatically to each client who has supplied us with their email within 48-hours of your appointment. At that point you may confirm or cancel your appointment online.

Payments

Frizzles accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Cash, or Checks. Please note we do not accept gratuities on credit cards or checks however, we do have an ATM here in the salon for your convenience for $2.50.

If you require any type of correction to your hair service, please notify us immediately. Any corrections must be done within 7 days of your initial appointment. Due to the nature of our services, NO REFUNDS will be granted. We stand by our services and will do everything to ensure your satisfaction.
